Award winning Custom Software/ App Development company is searching for a New Business Development Director. While many CS/AD companies pride themselves on being able to sell their services, this is one of the few companies in the nation that can deliver on every project - no matter how complex and no matter how many millions of transactions transpire daily on their builds.
The Director of Business Development will own all new business development efforts of the company. This person will be a hunter/prospector, and be highly driven by the desire to win new business - possessing a successful track record in consultative, solutions sales.
The Director of Business Development will:
- Identify, prospect, and bring in new business using consultative sales approach
- Shape focus (where new business will come from and how to attain it)
- Drive lead generation and qualification of complex sales in Fortune 1000 companies and emerging start-ups
- Work closely with the delivery teams to gather client needs/requirements, and develop effective solutions
- Utilize social media and other new media networking strategies to develop business
- Be a hunter, proactive, rather than reactive
- Have high-energy and high-integrity
- Have a successful track record of winning new clients through consultative selling of technology services
- Tech savvy, experienced with social media and networking
- Be looking for a challenge, and an opportunity to grow
- 5+ years sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- $80K-$120K base + % of business developed ($2-$4M quota)
